It takes two days to find each Dragon Ball, in which the first day, you can do nothing else, and in the second one you can find the dragon ball and treat it as a normal day. Only three of the balls can be found this way. To get the others, you must fight certain Saiyans that have them. Anyone can fight the first three Saiyans to get the Dragon Balls, but Turlis can be fought by anyone with a Vegeta Ball.
